FirstLocker Apple

FirstLocker is the dealer companion app for AppleMDMPro — a Mobile Device Management platform built for authorised Apple-device dealers and distributors in India.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR
FirstLocker is a closed B2B tool. You can only sign in with credentials issued by Akmeena Infotech or by an upstream distributor. It is not intended for consumers.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Enroll Apple devices into your workspace by scanning the serial barcode
• Send Apple MDM commands — lock, locate, restart, shut down, erase, restrict
• Push a UPI-ready EMI wallpaper to a customer's lock screen and clear it in one tap when the EMI is paid
• Block specific apps on a customer's iPhone via managed restrictions
• See your live key balance, devices activated today, and pending commands
• Reach your tenant hierarchy — Dealer, Distributor, Super Stockist, Company

APPLE BUSINESS MANAGER
Device enrollment is delivered through Apple Business Manager under Aditva Technologies's organisation account. Only Apple devices that have been formally added to ABM and assigned to a dealer's workspace can be controlled through the app.

PRIVACY AND CONSENT
• Your dealer credential is the only personal data we require to sign you in
• The app does NOT collect Android contacts, photos, SMS, call logs, microphone, or biometric data
• The app does NOT manage the Android device it is installed on — it only sends commands to the Apple devices a dealer legitimately manages
• Customer information entered for an enrolled device (name, phone, model) is stored against that device record and visible only inside your dealer workspace
• Precise location refers only to the Apple device's coordinates while the dealer is recovering it — never to the Android phone the app runs on

ACCOUNT & DATA
You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings → About → Delete my account, or by emailing hello@akmeena.com. We complete the deletion within 30 days. Device-enrollment records linked to your workspace are kept in anonymised form for 7 years for audit and Apple Business Manager reconciliation.
