• Dashboard overview
See your total, active, and completed calls at a glance, with a live status summary and call-type breakdown. An in-progress banner shows the visit you're currently checked in to and takes you straight to it.

• Call & ticket management
Browse the calls assigned to you with status, classification, customer branch, and problem details. Tap to dial the customer contact directly from the call.

• Call updates (visit check-in / check-out)
Check in on arrival to stamp your start time, then check out with findings at site, action taken, and visit status (Work in Progress, Completed, Follow-up, Stand By, Observation and more). Capture next-visit date, cut-off date, pending classification, call slip number, and attach a call slip by camera or gallery.

• Local travel
Record trips to site with a simple check-in/check-out. Capture transport mode, distance, and claim amount — or, when a vehicle is registered and available, track trips on the map by distance automatically.

• Outstation travel
Manage outstation travel expenses with per-category entries (ticketing, lodging, boarding, journey), receipt attachments, and a clear total.

• Spares
Request spare parts with catalogue search, category and sub-category selection, and replacement or standby options. Track issued spares against each request and update their status as they move through the workflow.

• Installation
For installation calls, work through the serial-number checklist, map each installed serial to the customer branch, and mark items installed.

• My Vehicle & availability
Register your vehicle (registration number, type, licence, insurance) and set your day-to-day availability so travel is tracked correctly.

• Security
Protect the app with a PIN or your device biometrics.
