2026-05-07	Jo*****	DELIVERY SCAM NOT ACCURATE! when you buy an item and then you get an invoice saying you will get the item in 3 to 6 days. 5 days later i call and for my surprise my delivery its for may 12, so you mean 10 almost? in the same country but different municipality? customer service told me 3 to 6 days is an estimated and i... me ... i see clearly saying u will get it in 3 to 6 days, i didn't read or see anything about ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE!!!! Horrible compromise with customers.

2025-12-20	ML*****	cero estrellas si pudiera. hice una compra en esta app porque vivo hras lejos. Llegué y el artículo NO estaba disponible y según la empleada, "no iba a estar disponible por meses". Arruinaron regalo de Navidad, mi tiempo y una semana esperar a que me devolvieran el dinero. Cómo es posible que este artículo aún esté disponible, y la app dice que hasta recogí el artículo, eso es MENTIRA!
