2024-04-25	S *****	Couldn't get inside the parking this morning and had to take a ticket because nothing worked and I have work to get to in time. Comes to find out, this system let me out yesterday but now shows me an unpaid ticket. What gives!? I had gps on the entire day yesterday There's still no way to report issues in app and it's especially annoying because I keep being told the parking and train station are separate entities. So who do I have to contact? Because the guys on the suppprt line are useless.
