This is Adware installed installed drive-by techniques. I visit an unrelated site, and it pops up. I reported it to Abuse. It uses deceptive techniques to get into my browser. I don't ever want to be prompted to install any extension. When I desire and extension, I personally install it from the Web Store. Please, Chrome team, allow us to block suggestion of extensions from now on. The suggestion to install this extension appears as a small box under the search bar. It has a button to install and NO BUTTON to cancel except for a small "x" that is almost the same color as the background and hard to click. It's designed to maximize installations and minimize security. I consider these drive-by extension installations (unrequested by the user, not even by a click in the page) as a form of SPAM and MALWARE.
