2025-02-12 | en | Beware! Since mid Jan 2025 the tool became useless (at least in case you use Sales Navigator). The plugin cannot recognize responses from your contacts or if an invitation was accepted, so all of your ongoing campaigns are crashed! Dux support admitted the problem and they said it was due to an update on linkedIn side. They have been promising the fix, however until now(Feb 12) it has not been published. Last week they promised it within a week and today the've told me no ETA is known. Also the reply from support was quite rude in the words like: We don't know the ETA for the fix and if you want to cancel let us know. Amazingly, they have been publishing updates with other fixes (like CRM), however don't you think you should put all of your development force to fix a critical bug which renders the tool useless rather than do anything else? | ||
