It does what you want, but it is NOT one click. It should be called "One Less Click." I strongly recommend/request that you set up the icon so that a left click just opens the listed urls in tabs, and a right click opens the menu to add/change, etc. This would make it truly one click, and I can then recommend it to all of the other super-users I know who are begging for this functionality!
