Options to change the Ctrl/Cmd + B key which makes Bolding text in Google Suite (Docs/Sheets) w/ keyboard impossible (workaround is going to chrome://extensions/shortcuts & reassigning the keyboard shortcut but for someone that doesn't know about this internal url they will be ready to abandon it if much use of bolding text in GDocs instead of using the toolbar button)
