User Reviews
Overall, users find Fax.Plus easy and simple to use, and it can be lifesaving for on-the-go faxing. However, many reviews focus on pricing and reliability problems: it’s not free, charges occur even when sending fails, and free pages are unreliable or limited. Subscriptions are often required to access core features, and customer support quality is questioned. Usability is strong, but reliability and pricing derail the experience for many users.
Pros
- Easy-to-use and user-friendly interface
- Works for sending faxes and is straightforward when functioning
- Lifesaver for on-the-go signing/faxing
- Clean, simple design
Cons
- Pricing is misleading and not free; hidden charges or required subscriptions
- Frequent reliability issues: sending failures, partial/distorted pages, or messages that a fax did not go through
- Free pages promise vs. actual charges: free pages are limited or exhausted and costs accrue
- Gating features behind a subscription; some users cannot send without subscribing or paying
