How to open a preview: • Open link preview - hover over the link and press Ctrl + MouseWheel click, or Alt+Click, or press long click, or drag the link. You can also open it via the context menu. • Open an blank (new) preview window - anywhere on the page except the link, press Ctrl + 2x MouseWheel, or Alt + 2x Click, or open it via the context menu.

Benefits:

Ability to open nested previews from already open ones. Unlike other extensions, you don't have to open the page from preview in a new tab to preview links from there. Also, a nested preview opens not inside the parent one, but on top of it, which means it is not limited by its size.
Translation of previewed pages
Convenient resize and move the preview window, and also the page zoom inside it. Zoom in on the page you're viewing as usual by pressing Ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel.
Support for entering in the address bar: enter the address of the site you want to go to, or a search query. By default, the search query will be sent to Google, but you can choose another search engine or add your own.
Open cross-domain links without disabling clickjacking protection. Let's say you have a Google site open in a tab, and you want to open a Yahoo site in the preview. In many preview extensions you won't be able to do this due to browser limitations. In others you can, but only because they disable protection and put you at risk. But in Advanced Link Preview you can open such links without disabling protection, which means you will be safe.

WONDERFUL EXTENSION! it's 5/5 worthy, I just wish I could remap the shortcut, because in my case (and many) the middle mouse wheel click already opens links in a new tab, so I either have the preview open with a new tab in the background, or the extension doesn't registre the click at all. If it was ctrl+left mouse click it would be perfect and much more confortable for me (have to apply pressure to do the mouse middle click) , or anything else. regardless of that, I just want to thank the developer of this extension for making my life somewhat easier :)

egész jó lenne, ha nem kellene nyomkodni közben ctrl billentyűt... meg úgy látom, nem boldogul a https címekkel. néhány nap használat után rontok a véleményemen: bejelentkezős oldalakon (torrent), ha le akarom tölteni a fájlt, akkor újra és újra be akar léptetni, nem férek hozzá semmihez. ajjaj...
