What is ReMida HPS?

ReMida HPS is a Chrome extension that allows ReMida HPS installations with configured call centers to open a caller detail screen for registered numbers. When a call comes in, ReMida HPS checks if the number is registered and sends a command to the plug-in to open and highlight a screen with caller details.
