BUT what we CAN do is look at their history of reviews which helps us navigate our interactions with each guest. For example, if a guest only shows 5 star reviews of half their stays, it likely means they don't review if they can't give 5 stars. If a guest shows that they review every stay, we know we will be reviewed. If a guest gives less than 5 star reviews, it's a guest we need to check in with more frequently and try to mitigate issues early. Very helpful app. |
