This is such a valuable tool for Airbnb hosts. When there are edge case decisions on guests, it provides just that little extra information you need to make an informed decision. I wish they could make an app which works on my smartphone as well not just for desktop!

If functionality for viewing reviews that guests have left for hosts doesn't seem to work then disable any add-ons that may alter the page data. I had an issue with malwarebytes so I disabled that and the plugin worked
