I love her fitness and I have trained 3 decades. She definitely has her workout programs and eating down. However the app doesn't work well. I would love to try her program accessible on her website and not the app. It is annoying everything seems to be on an app instead of just a good quality site where we can watch videos. Even the best have issues with streaming great content and it is such a bummer!
