DBCPL Railway safety

The DB Cargo Railway Safety application is used to quickly and anonymously report identified threats affecting the safety of railway traffic. It was created to easily report irregularities and send them via e-mail. The report is created using a short form containing only 4 fields, which should be completed with information about the type of irregularity, place and time of its occurrence, and then supplemented with a more detailed description of the situation. The application also supports sending photo attachments. Each report has a special ID that you can use to search for it. This, together with the information entered by the user, will be sent by email to a dedicated mailbox. The submitted irregularity report is also available for viewing on the list located under the form submission button for a specified period of time. The sending process is very simple and does not require any authorization, which speeds up the ability to respond to threats.
