THREE TYPES OF REPORTS

- Standby Report - checks the warmed-up engine's operation without load.
- Driving Report - shows how the engine behaves during acceleration and normal driving.
- Full Report - combines both measurements into a final verdict before purchasing.

WHAT DOES VIDICAR ANALYZE?

VidiCar does not evaluate individual parameters in isolation. It uses the supported readings actually provided by the OBD2 controller, combines data from idle and driving, checks their changes over time, and analyzes the relationships between engine operation, DTC errors, the fuel system, and exhaust emissions.

It can help you spot things like:

- active and pending error codes,
- incomplete diagnostic monitors or signs of recent error memory clearing,
- incorrect fuel trims and symptoms of rough engine operation,
- problems related to the catalytic converter, lambda sensors, and emissions system,
- unusual operating temperatures or unstable voltage at the ECU,

REPORTS AND HISTORY

After logging in, reports are assigned to the correct vehicle and available in your account history. You can review the results later and save the report as a PDF to show to your dealer or mechanic.

WHICH ADAPTER DO I NEED?

You need a compatible ELM327 OBD2 adapter with Bluetooth Classic or Bluetooth LE and a car that supports the OBD2 standard. The quality of the adapter matters – the cheapest clones may be unstable or provide less data.
