User Reviews

User reviews show the Moja Heyah app is easy to use and generally functional, but reliability and support are major drawbacks. Recurrent crashes, payment/top-up problems, login/security issues, and overall UX concerns drive negative sentiment, while usage remains positive when the app works.

Pros

App generally works and performs tasks when not facing issues.
Easy to use and user-friendly.
Positive overall sentiment when the app is functioning.

Cons

Frequent crashes and instability; the app breaks and users can’t access features.
Top-up and payments often fail (Google Pay issues, 3DSecure errors, inability to top up).
Poor customer support and slow help.
Login/security issues (forced logout and password paste problems).
