ProfTutoring Team

ProfTutoring Team is an internal tool for the ProfTutoring team: tutors, coordinators, HR, and sales. The app is not intended for clients, parents, or students—they use the separate "ProfTutoring" app. WHAT THE APP DOES

Tutor
• Class schedule for today and the entire week
• Student list with lesson history, reports, and notes
• Homework and teaching materials
• Reporting your availability and requesting schedule changes
• Billing overview: lessons conducted and due remuneration
• Internal training and regulations

Coordinator
• Team calendar, scheduling and rescheduling classes
• Contact with parents and tutors
• Schedule of pending matters

HR
• Tutor recruitment and onboarding
• HR documents and contracts
• Training results

Sales
• Customer funnel and payment schedules

WHY THE APP REQUIRES LOGIN
All content is employee and client data, so the app does not have a guest mode and does not allow for self-registration. ProfTutoring's HR department only creates an account for an employee or collaborator. Access without a work account is not possible—this is a conscious decision, not a lack of functionality.

FOR THE TESTING TEAM
We've provided a full-access test account in the "Access to the App" section of the Play Console. It logs you in as a tutor and shows all app screens.

PAYMENT-FREE AND AD-FREE
The app is free, has no ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. The "Billing" section only displays the salary amounts calculated by the company—it does not accept or process any payments. The app does not offer financial services: it does not grant loans, maintain accounts, or transfer funds.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• All communications are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
• Servers and database are located in the European Union
• Access to data is limited by user role
• Chat works only within the company, between invited individuals—no public content, channels, or profiles
• Privacy policy: https://app.proftutoring.pl/privacy.html
• Account and data deletion: https://app.proftutoring.pl/usun-konto.html

AGE
The app is intended for adults (18+) as it is used exclusively by individuals employed or collaborating with the company.
