Invoice OCR

Invoice OCR is an application that presents the capabilities of our library to recognize invoice data. It can be used, among others in banking applications to fill in the fields needed to define transfers.

How does it work? The application analyzes the scanned image, converts the image into text, reads data from it and assigns it to the appropriate categories. Uses algorithms with elements of artificial intelligence that allow for proper analysis and recognition of the text. Automatically completed fields are: invoice number, bank account number, tax identification number and gross amount. The system decodes the document and recognizes letters and words regardless of the font used. After scanning the document, you can also download additional information, i.e. the name and address of the company. To do this, you only need to click "Download data from the Central Statistical Office". Data from the Central Statistical Office will automatically appear in the application.
