IMO Note

Are you working in the field, constantly on the phone, and sometimes forget to enter a new lead into your database or lose track of a previous conversation? IMO Note solves this problem once and for all.

This mobile app, integrated with IMO CRM, is designed specifically for the dynamic workflow of real estate agents.

Key Features and Benefits:
1. Call Identification and Instant Context.
Before you pick up the phone, a floating widget will appear on your phone screen. You'll see not only the calling client's details but also the latest note from the previous conversation. One glance is all it takes to get straight to the point and impress the client with your memory.

2. Never lose a lead again.
After ending a call with a new number, the app will display a quick reminder to save the contact. Just a few clicks are enough to add the caller's details and indicate the lead's source (e.g., Otodom, OLX, your website). Build and expand your database effortlessly.

3. Quick Notes After a Call. Made arrangements on the fly? Immediately after hanging up, save a note from the call directly in IMO CRM – without having to open your computer or log in via browser.

4. Full synchronization with IMO CRM.
All saved contacts, lead sources, and notes are automatically synchronized with your IMO CRM account.

Who is this app for?
The app is designed for active IMO CRM users who want to improve customer service, streamline their phone workflow, and ensure that no potential investor or seller falls through the sales funnel.
