I don't like DHL at all but this time I didn't have choice with my Norrona orders which are sending with DHL only .The app can't recognize it ,thanks to messenger where I can track the package using a different system .

The most ridiculous shipment service that you've ever seen! It didn't send the pin code to pickup the package so I had to download the application, it's officially a scam! I never choose it but unfortunately the website that I ordered from chose the shipment method and it's like a joke 👎🏻
