News, Events, and Notifications
The app offers instant access to municipal news and events. You'll receive notifications about emergencies, waste collection deadlines, and tax payment deadlines.

Needs Map – Reporting Problems
The app allows you to easily report various problems or issues.

This could include a lighting failure, a hazardous location, an illegal waste dump, an unshoveled road or sidewalk, uncollected waste, or damage to a municipal road. Select a report category, take a photo, press the locator button, and submit your report.

Waste Collection Calendar
The app will remind you of the collection dates for specific waste items, provide information about separate waste collection policies, and notify you of related news. The module also allows you to submit complaints about missed waste collection, damaged containers, or other issues.

Interactive Map
Objects on the interactive map are grouped into categories and include descriptive, contact, and multimedia information. An additional feature is the navigation function, which leads to the selected object.

You can use the app anonymously – you don't need to create an account or provide any personal information. The app will only request permission to access:

- push notifications so you can receive crisis alerts, waste bin reminders, and important news alerts

- calendar to save the date of an event you're interested in, add it to your schedule, and remind you about it the day before
- photo vault to add a photo to the problem reporting system
- GPS receiver to retrieve your precise location and assign it to your report.
