Kosmedica

Kosmedica is the official mobile app for clients of the Kosmedica cosmetology salon. All in one place, you'll find your profile, appointment history, loyalty program, and important information from the team—no phone calls or paper files needed.

WHO IS THE APP FOR?
The app is designed for registered Kosmedica clients. After creating an account, you log in with your phone number or email address and password.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE APP

• Profile—contact details and account settings in one view.
• Appointments—view upcoming and past bookings.
• Loyalty Program—point balance, level (e.g., Silver, Gold, VIP), and accrual history.
• Rewards—redeem points for benefits available within the program.
• QR code at the salon—scan the code at the reception desk to quickly confirm your attendance and collect points according to the salon's policies.
• Your QR code—identify yourself at the reception desk without having to search for your details on your phone. • News — posts and information from Kosmedica (promotions, news, tips).
• Push notifications — reminders and messages relevant to your care (requires consent in your phone settings).
• Referrals — share the referral program when it's active on your account.
• Privacy — ability to submit requests regarding personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
