2024-07-11	Oc*****	App does not work on certain phones. When I reached out to Customer Support with my problem, including a full error log, they dismissed and first recommended to "get a different phone" and then "there will be help for the app issues at the avenue" just before the event. This is some bad customer support for a company that expects customers to solely rely on its mobile application.
