User Reviews

Reviews are mixed with several positives but major recurring issues: connectivity problems to Fastlink LTE especially after updates, login and renewal blocks caused by updates, push to buy the Fastlink MiFi and limited compatibility with other devices, and perceived poor customer support. Some praise exists for the app being nice/good/fantastic, but overarching concerns about reliability and hardware dependence dominate. Users want a stable, usable app with real device-agnostic connectivity and responsive support.

Pros

Positive overall sentiment: users describe the app as nice/good/fantastic/excellent.
Previously worked on Huawei devices before Google Play restrictions limited usage.
Users expect the app to support account management and renewal within the app.

Cons

LTE/fastlink connectivity issues and not being connected to Fastlink LTE in multiple reviews.
Updates frequently break functionality, including login and use of the app.
Pressure to buy Fastlink MiFi hardware and limited compatibility with third-party devices.
Customer support is perceived as unresponsive or not answering customers.
Device compatibility issues (Huawei Play Store/lack of Google services) and usability clarity problems.
