I have used the app 4 consecutive years as a freelancer in Germany and will 100% continue with Taxando. Excellent communication, services. They even helped with some personal help with immigration documents for my wife, something they were in no obligation to help with. Very confident in offering the 5 stars they deserve. Oh, if it is not clear by now, not knowing German is absolutely not a problem.

Used the Premium package twice. First time the service was quite good, but the second time was disappointing. I had to pay a substantial up-front fee and received no advice or interaction afterwards. My tax assessment came back worse than the app's calculation and when I asked the Taxando about this, was told they would not advise on any further steps as this was not part of the Standard package (I paid for Premium). When I reminded them of this, I received no reply. Avoid the Premium plan.
