TelemApika

This application was created by e-tachograph for the transport industry, tachograph workshops, technicians, drivers, and vehicle maintenance companies.

The application supports daily communication, access to information, and the use of tools related to tachographs, telematics, document flow, and workflow in transport. Its goal is to use the company phone as a practical tool in the daily work of drivers, technicians, dispatchers, and transport companies.

TelemApika can complement a smartphone with features useful in operational work. The phone can act as a handy document scanner, a notification relay device, a simple communication tool, and a support element for basic telemetry. This allows companies to collect information from the route more quickly, streamline document flow, and reduce manual tasks performed outside the system.

The application can support improved document flow between drivers, the company, the office, and transport service partners. This includes the transfer of photos, documents, notifications, confirmations, and information required for vehicle and driver maintenance, and company processes.

In selected applications, TelemApika can also support the monitoring of company phones used for work. The phone can help determine the position of a vehicle or employee while performing work tasks, known as a "dot on the map." This feature can facilitate vehicle location management, work planning, contact with the driver, and handling incidents on the road.

Monitoring applies only to company devices or devices used for work purposes, within the scope defined by the organization and in accordance with applicable data protection policies. The application is not intended for covert, private, or secret monitoring of individuals.

TelemApika can also be used as a complement to existing monitoring, telematics, and TMS systems. The application will include API functions that will make it easier to implement data and selected processes into existing company systems. This will allow the application to be integrated with existing transport, fleet, document, and communication management tools.

The project is part of the etachograf ecosystem, which develops digital solutions for transport, workshops, tachograph companies, telematics, and transport documentation.

The application does not replace obligations arising from transport law. The user should independently verify the data, decisions and obligations related to the activity performed.
