The mobile application is created especially for employees of companies using the SZYK2 and KSAT200i ERP systems with the EPP3 employee module installed.
It enables convenient management of absenteeism requests and access to basic HR information. Through the app, users can submit requests for leave and other absences, as well as view their previous requests and approval statuses.

Application functionalities include:
1. Absence requests – Employees can quickly and easily send requests for leave and other types of absence. These requests are automatically forwarded to the appropriate managers for approval.
2. Accepting requests – Managers receive notifications about new absence requests from their teams and can accept or reject them directly in the application.
3. Basic information about the employee - Each employee has access to his or her profile, where he or she can view basic HR information and employment history.
4. Absence register – The application provides a complete list of absences, so the employee can easily check past and upcoming absences.
5. Internal phone book – Users have access to the company's internal phone book, which facilitates communication between employees.

To maintain the highest security standards, the application is available only to employees and operates in an internal environment, which means that it is not possible for people outside the organization to gain access or perform tests.
In order for the application to connect to the company's system, it is required to scan a unique QR code, which is available only within the company after logging in to the stationary version of the EPP3 Employee Portal.
