2024-03-07	Ba*****	This is a joke. I want to pay by BLIK and when I switch to the bank app the whole reservation goes to hell. Not to mention that the app is not much more usable than the desktop web page on a phone. Typical and well known Cinema City style lack of customer care or quality. Had I a choice of cinema here I would never ever go.

2023-12-01	Pa*****	Further updates seem to repair everything that was messed up. Seet reservation finally isn't pixeleted, but the placement of the screen is often off comparing to where it acctualy is. But overall it's usable and makes ordering more convenient, than at the bar.

Now it is ugly, the seat selection screen looks as if it was made in 1980s, the payment process is no longer intuitive, email cannot be changed, entering phone number is terrible, tickets are not shown after buying, tickets are not showed in app menu after buying, tickets are not sent to mobile number even though the application says it will. Would not pass a 2nd year student with such app. And it stole my money and did not give tickets!

2023-07-27	*****	After the 18th July updated. Please rollback to the previous version of the app. The UI/UX decisions are absolutely horrible. Nothing works, instead of normal seats numbers u have bubbles (what seat number is that?) when u want to pay suddenly u need to insert your unlimited card number, why if it's saved in the app? Every step during purchasing tickets is supposed to make u even more frustrated and eventually when u pay for the ticket the page stops working and u just lost your money. Congrats
