mGabinet

mGabinet is a mobile version of the Gabinet365 program. By using it, you have more control over what is happening in your salon.

The biggest advantage of using mGabinet is that you have a quick preview of the calendar with scheduled visits. By using the application you will eliminate paper notebooks and schedules. Literally in a few steps you will plan work for both yourself and your employees.

By introducing schedules - the application watches over the availability of employees and catches when they are absent from work or busy - thanks to this, visits will not overlap.

From the mGabinet level, you also have access to the most important information about clients. What's more, you can quickly enter another one. Using mGabinet, you have all the necessary data at your fingertips.

Depending on your needs, you can plan visits from different levels of the application, both from the side of the client, employee or available position.

The application is integrated with the Gabinet365 program. The data entered from the smartphone level are updated in real time and immediately visible in the browser version of the program.

To gain access to mGabinet, you need to create an account in the www.firmotron.pl system and then go to the Gabinet365 module. From this level, you can configure the entire program according to your needs.
