QMSly

QMSly is a quality management system (QMS) for production—with a mobile app for on-the-floor operation that also works offline. Ideal for food and manufacturing plants
implementing HACCP, IFS, BRCGS, or ISO 9001.

The mobile app allows operators on the floor to:
• perform quality checks according to pre-defined templates—numeric, yes/no, and picklist parameters, with automatic evaluation of limits and critical points (CCPs);
• record and assign nonconformities;
• conduct corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
• execute scheduled checks from task lists and notifications;
• attach photos and scan batch QR codes;
• work without internet—data is saved locally and synchronizes automatically when a connection is restored.

Security and convenience:
• fast operator login with a 6-digit PIN;
• permissions determine available modules and actions;
• encrypted communication (HTTPS), data hosted in the European Union.
