Sekretariat Mobile

Sekretariat Mobile provides mobile access to the Sekretariat system's correspondence log. The same log, the same permissions, and the same database as the desktop application—accessible from your phone.

IMPORTANT—THE APP REQUIRES A COMPANY SERVER
This is an application that accompanies the Sekretariat system. To log in, you need an operator account and the address of a server with the Sekretariat Mobile API service installed, running within your company's infrastructure. Without this, the app has no connection. We do not register accounts or provide a cloud version—accounts are created by the Sekretariat system administrator at your company.

WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL FROM YOUR PHONE

Correspondence Log
• Separate lists of received and sent correspondence,
• Select a period (today, week, month, quarter, year, any date range),
• Search and sort,
• Highlight unread correspondence and manually mark it as read/unread.

Document File
• Full set of desktop application form fields: document data, sender data, and financial data (net, VAT, gross, payment due date),
• Register a new document and edit an existing one, with statuses consistent with system rules,
• Link a document to another document,
• Delete an entry according to authorization and status.

Workflow and Collaboration
• Forward a document to a department or specific employee, with email notification,
• Notes on an entry,
• "Changes" tab with history: when, what, and who changed it.

Attachments
• Add and delete files,
• Preview PDFs and images,
• Open an attachment in the Android app, save it to Files, or forward it.

Contractors
• Full dictionary: searchable list, details (address, contact details, accounting data, tax office), adding, editing, deactivating, and deleting,
• Maintaining authorizations, including limiting visibility to contractors assigned to the operator.

Notifications
• Push notification about a letter delivered to you,
• The notification content is minimal—no subject or sender; the app downloads details only after logging in.

SECURITY AND DATA
• Your data stays with you. The app connects to your company server—we don't host correspondence or attachments, and we don't transfer them to our cloud.
• Login to existing Sekretariat system operator accounts; the session is valid for a limited time.
• Permissions are checked server-side with each request, not just by hiding buttons.
• All communication is via HTTPS.
• The "Remember me" option uses Android's system keystore, not app files.

REQUIREMENTS
• Android 7.0 or later.
• Operator account in the Sekretariat system.
• Company server with the Sekretariat Mobile API service (enter the address in the app settings).

The same app also works in a browser—on a computer, you'll see a table with columns, while on a phone, you'll see clear tabs. Light and dark themes are available.
