AtasGO! is the official ATAS travel app, designed for participants, teachers, and staff. This modern tool streamlines trip organization and increases control over its progress – all key information is available in one place.

The app is available to ATAS clients after booking and to those who have participated in previous trips. Registration is done using the phone number associated with the booking.

Depending on your role, the app provides access to key organizational information, tools supporting program implementation, and ongoing communication during the trip. AtasGO! combines planning, control, and education in an intuitive system tailored to the needs of participants, teachers, and staff. Thanks to integration with the ATAS CRM system, the app presents data related to the booking, providing quick and secure access to key information. Users have access to a full participant list, contact information for parents and the tour guide, information on allergies and dietary restrictions, the event program, meeting details, and organizational and pre-trip announcements.

Experiential Education
AtasGO! supports active participation through an educational and motivational task module. Participants complete tasks related to the trip's program – linguistic, cultural, and integration. Results are presented in a ranking, and each participant appears under a unique nickname. A gamification element motivates engagement and discovery. Staff and teachers can review tasks and monitor participants' progress, supporting the achievement of the trip's educational goals.

For Teachers and Staff
AtasGO! provides modern support for teachers, managers, and tour guides. The application facilitates group management, program implementation monitoring, and coordination of activities throughout the trip. Thanks to digital attendance lists and real-time access to the schedule, caregivers can efficiently organize each day and respond to changes in the plan. The educational task verification module allows them to monitor participant engagement and oversee the progress of the program's content. AtasGO!
