PSIM

The PSIM mobile application gives you quick and safe access to information contained in the Podkarpackie Medical Information System. Using it, you will be able to register visits and view information about medical entities, the services they provide and their staff. All this with complete confidentiality, guaranteed by secure communication encryption. Without the need to visit a facility, you can also have access to information regarding the treatment of your loved ones. Also browse articles to always be up to date with the latest news.
Adjust the application's functionalities to your needs through a convenient and fully customizable interface and keep information about planned visits and medical data always at hand!

Basic functionalities:
• View medical facilities, staff and obtain information about available services.
• Easy reservations, cancellations and rescheduling of medical services.
• Viewing information about upcoming and completed visits and easy access to contact details of medical facilities.
• Customization of profile data and seamless switching between subaccounts when caring for other people.
• Access to the latest notifications and articles

ATTENTION:
The application can only be authorized to communicate with the Podkarpackie Medical Information System by persons who have a registered user account on the above-mentioned patient portal.

Before authorization, make sure that you have provided the correct e-mail address in your account in the Podkarpackie Medical Information System. You will receive the MFA code used for authorization at this address.

To authorize the mobile application, follow these steps:
1. Install the PSIM mobile application
2. Log in via the website to the portal of the Podkarpackie Medical Information System.
3. On the patient portal, go to the tab:
MY ACCOUNT / PERSONAL DATA /
4. Check whether you have entered the correct e-mail address (field: E-mail address). You will receive the code necessary to authorize the mobile application to this address.
5. Go to the tab:
MY ACCOUNT / MOBILE APP /
You should see a QR code there to authorize the mobile application.
6. Launch the PSIM application and use the mobile application on your phone to scan the QR code displayed in the Patient Portal
7. After scanning the QR code, the patient portal will automatically send an e-mail with the MFA code (the message will be sent to the e-mail address you have previously saved in your account data)
8. Receive the email with the sent MFA code and enter it in the PSIM mobile application.
9. Enter the PIN code in the PSIM application that will be used to unlock the PSIM application on your phone
10. Re-enter the PIN code that will be used to unlock the PSIM application on your phone
11. After confirming the PIN, the application is ready for use.


The PSIM application was created by Asseco Poland S.A. for communication with the Podkarpackie Medical Information System.
The application is supervised and maintained by Asseco Poland S.A.

In case of problems with the patient portal or with the communication of the mobile application with the portal, reports with comments can be submitted using the "Message to the administrator" form available on the PSIM portal for logged in users, in the My account tab.
The RCIM administrator handles notifications from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on working days.
