Please improve this app, it's nearly impossible to use because the payment via card always times out. And if you try to checkout with Jazz Cash, it adds first to your wallet which is an unnecessary extra step. Navigation is a bit confusing too, as on PC I practically can't find a way to see my tickets. It took me an hour of trying to finally book a ticket to Soul Fest and I can imagine that dozens must be skipping the event simply because your app times out at payment 9 out of 10 times
