BMW Reading - Masano Auto Group I cannot say enough about the service at BMW Reading. Edgar and Kerrie are great to work with. They are sharp very sharp and their service-oriented mentality is about the best I have ever encountered. Their approach to dealing with the issues at hand is about as practical and understanding as one can imagine. This isn't said because on this visit things went my way I am speaking about all issues even when they didn't; however even then Edgar Cruz provided me with an explanation in a coherent manner that led me to understand and except the outcome without any regrets. That was about an X5 that wasn't even purchased there and yet that service then caused me to come here to lease my X3. Nobody bats a thousand but with that being said I can live with knowing that whatever comes along, the Masano Auto Group specifically in my case BMW Reading will provide me with the service and professionalism I would expect in owning a BMW.
