I've been sending email after emai I had to open multiple tickets. then, they told me only to reply to one email and not open any more tickets. They continue to not respond to any of my emails. They finally said they would release my funds and they held them for "security reasons". I lost over 10,000 because of their customer service and lack of dependability.ticket 6816796

2026-07-30	Sh*****	I have multiple wallets... this one never used... and with that said I can't delete my account Ive tried typing DELETE MY ACCOUNT in all caps and all lower case and with/without " " and confirming button won't allow me to delete with $0.00 in my account. so I just uninstalled it.
