it's just what i needed

It helps me spend less time scrolling pointlessly on facebook or being overflown with immediate recommendations from youtube when I would actually like to digest the info I just received. It also helps me stay more focused on the article I'm reading and consume as much info as I feel I want. Feels like I have more control of what information I (want to) see, thanks!
