Does exactly what it needs to do. CTRL+SHIFT toggles all "a href" links inoperable, letting you drag text or wrapped objects freely. CTRL+SHIFT and you're back to normal. Most excellent.

Cool! Add the options to change hotkey and turn mode "always off" so it will be the most useful extension I ever seen!
