The following guest statuses can be viewed within the app:
• In-house guests
• Due-out guests
• Stay-over guests
• Arrival guests

The following room statuses can be viewed within the app:
• Occupied dirty
• Occupied clean
• Vacant ready
• Vacant dirty
• For inspection
• Out of order
• Out of service

Aside from getting real-time updates on guest and room statuses, it also allows room attendants to:
• Create and resolve traces
• Create Service Requests*
• Monitor minibar consumptions
• Read and create guest remarks

I'm just wondering why it is asking at all- but in fact, 1st thing as I open it the 1st time for me to enter my ip address...I've never-& I download a ton of apps (no joke, I have an addiction to apps) been asked to enter my ip address at any point in an app. So I'm curious!

Is it need to create new DB in xenia pms for iKeep app, or it uses only the default DB? I can't connect to it, the server is working well and is there something I need to setup so that the iKeep app can connect to xenia pms server? thank you.
