Received a notif indicating that the parcel has been delivered. It was NOT. Tried calling them - unattended, just ringing, ends the call immediately, or answers the call and ends it. Item has been paid. Such a shame for they provided good service in 2021 except for that missing cashback they claimed I have earned.

Extremely poor customer service. They promise you with a cashback and yet the app is not working and won't allow you to use your cashback credits. It looks like a scam to me. I kept calling, was promised a manager callback but nothing. This is going on for a week and they have no other ways of resolving it for their customer aside from saying they are waiting for the IT team in India to respond. Disgusting
