I've been really exhausted lately so I don't have the energy to do laundry, so this app has been a lifesaver. I've used it a few times, and I haven't encountered any issue so far. Very clean clothes. No missing items. The rider in my area is punctual. He even contacts me before arrival. Some points for improvement: - Cashless payment option not available - Can't reach customer service through the app

Please help. I cant log in. Always says server error. :( Already tried to renew password and it does not send me the verification code. Changed my phone but forgot the password that i used 2 years ago. Now i cant use it anymore.
