Buddy Rider is the partner app for BuddyBuddy delivery riders. Accept nearby bookings, complete trips step by step, chat with customers, and keep track of your earnings.
WHO THIS APP IS FOR
Buddy Rider is for riders who work with a BuddyBuddy station or manager. If you do not have a rider account yet, ask your station or manager to create one for you.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See available bookings near you and accept a job
• Follow pickup and drop-off details for every trip
• Start transit, mark delivered, or manage your active trip
• Chat with the customer from inside the trip
• View My Trips, ongoing jobs, and delivery history
• Check your credit balance and earnings summary
• Share your location while you use the app so customers can follow progress
• Get alerts when new bookings or chat messages arrive
• Read notes from your station
• Recommend a local merchant to join BuddyBuddy
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with the rider account provided by your station or manager.
2. Keep the app ready so you can see nearby bookings.
3. Accept a booking, go to pickup, then complete drop-off.
4. Chat with the customer if they need landmarks or updates.
5. Check earnings and history when you are done.
PERMISSIONS
Buddy Rider uses location while you use the app to show nearby bookings and share trip progress. It uses notifications so you can hear about new jobs and messages. Location is not used only to track you when the app is unused.
