The product in itself is good, works as expected, and is easy to configure and make the best use of.
What is really outstanding is the service. I wrote to report a problem I had with the product, I was contacted back by someone who must be the developer himself, who spent almost an hour online with me via AnyDesk to troubleshoot the issue I had reported, found the bug, fixed it, made me download the updated version of the software, and installed it himself, to make sure all went nice and smooth.
And so it did. The bug was fixed and the issue is no longer there. Thank you for your excellent service.
