Given a body of text receive a score on how readable that text is based on the flesch-kincaid readability index.

What is Readability Score?

"Readability Score" is a tool that calculates the reading level needed to understand any given text. Developed as a Chrome extension, it uses the Flesch-Kincaid index to provide a grade level and a 'easy, medium, hard' rating of the text.

Works great for websites, blogs and social media. doesnt work for google docs but that may not be their fault. clear concept

Doesn't seem to work with Google docs. :(

You have to select text on a page to determine its reading level. That's way too cumbersome when you're doing lots of revisions on a document and are continually going back to the extension to check your score.
