Kumo

Kumo is a benefits club for pet owners. With a monthly membership, you get discounts at a network of veterinary clinics and services, and you get a portion of your pet's healthcare expenses reimbursed.

Joining is free. Create your account, add your pets, and you'll have their digital health record. When you want to increase your reimbursements and discounts, choose a plan.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Digital Health Record
Each pet's record with their information, vaccinations, and medical history, always at hand. If you have several pets, they're all in the same account.

• Vaccination Reminders
We'll notify you before a vaccination expires, via notification and email. No need to remember or open the app.

• Reimbursements
Upload your vet bill from your phone and track the status of your claim until it's credited. The percentage and monthly limit depend on the plan you choose.

• Discounts within the network
Veterinarians, groomers, dog walkers, pet daycares, and trainers offer member benefits. You can see them on a map, ordered by proximity to your home.

• Community
A forum for members to ask and answer questions, and real reviews of each service provider written by those who have used them.

• Your business, if you work with pets
If you offer services, you can register your business and appear in the club's network.

HOW IT WORKS

Register with your email or Google account, add your pets, and you're all set. The fee is monthly, with no minimum commitment: you can change or cancel your plan whenever you want, right from the app.

Payment is processed through Mercado Pago, outside of the app.

A FEW CLARIFICATIONS

Kumo is not insurance or a health plan: it's a benefits club. Refunds are based on your chosen plan, with limits and waiting periods as published in the app and on kumo.pet.

The service is provided in Argentina, and amounts are in Argentine pesos.

You can delete your account and all your data from the app itself, in My Profile, or at kumo.pet/delete-account.
