Aseel Merchant POS is the official order-fulfillment app for Aseel Q-Commerce stores. It runs on your in-store POS terminal and gives your team one fast, focused workflow to accept, pick, pack, and hand off every customer order — without leaving the counter.

Built for busy retail and pet-store counters, the app is optimized for touch, works in English and Arabic (full right-to-left support), and is designed for speed during peak hours.

Accept incoming orders the moment they arrive, with clear new / in-progress / ready stages and on-screen delivery-time (SLA) timers so nothing slips past its window.

• Guided picking
Walk through each order item by item. Scan barcodes with your terminal's built-in scanner or tap to collect, and track exactly what's been gathered versus what's left.

• Stock issue handling
Out of stock or short on quantity? Flag the item in one tap and send it to Aseel Support — we coordinate a reduced quantity, a substitution, or a cancellation with the customer for you.

Print a clear, professional receipt on the terminal's built-in thermal printer — including itemized prices, VAT, delivery fee, total, the delivery zone, and any customer note. Automatic support for 58mm and 80mm paper.

• Packing photos
Snap a photo of the sealed order to help maintain packing quality and quickly resolve any delivery questions.

• Courier & handoff
See assigned courier details and mark orders ready for pickup so handoff is smooth and traceable.

WHO IS THIS FOR
This app is intended for authorized Aseel partner merchants and their store staff. A merchant account and a compatible store terminal are required to sign in and use the app.
