Perfect Accounting is a comprehensive accounting app designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, and small teams looking to manage their internal finances in a collaborative, structured, and transparent way. This tool helps organize and control accounting operations without handling real money, using a completely virtual system.

Important note: All transactions within the app are virtual. No real money is transferred or connected to banking services. The app is intended solely for internal financial tracking.

Company Management and Roles
Create and manage multiple companies from a single account. Invite users to join through requests, similar to friend requests. Users can accept or decline. They can also send requests to leave a company, which the owner can approve or deny from the Company Dashboard.

The app supports 5 user roles:

Owner: Full control of the company and access to all modules.

Co-owner: Shared administrative permissions.

Internal Auditor: Verifies transactions and internal processes.

External Auditor: Read-only access for external review.

Editor: Uploads transactions and receipts and can resend rejected ones.

Each role has defined permissions to ensure secure and collaborative management.

Transaction Types and Virtual Wallet
Records and manages the following transactions:

Income: Adds virtual funds to the user's wallet.

Expenses: Record the company's virtual expenses.

Transfers: Moves balances between user virtual wallets.

Currency Exchange: Converts virtual balances from one currency to another using configured exchange rates, adding the converted value to the company's balance sheet.

All transactions include details such as purpose, amount, currency, and attachments. Authorized users can approve or reject them. Approved transactions automatically update virtual balances. Rejected transactions can be corrected and resubmitted.

Financial History and Analysis
Each user can review their transaction history. Owners and co-owners have access to a company-wide financial summary, with filter options by type, status, user, or date. A complete history facilitates detailed accounting reports and analysis.

Permission-Based Collaboration
Permissions based on the assigned role define what each user can view or manage. This ensures that financial information remains secure and that each collaborator acts within their scope. Owners can view the complete list of users, modify access, and control entry or exit requests.
