This has dramatically improved my workflow as I write research manuscripts. While normally I would not like another file system apart from google drive, filing manuscripts for later review is much easier with paperpile. It is worth every penny of the subscription. The people that run this service also reply very quickly, usually within hours, to my questions.
Absolutely the best reference manager for the cloud! Bar none. It looks like to get the complete experience, you want the Paperpile app, the Paperpile extension, and the MetaPDF app.
Excellent application, highly recommended, should be free.
