Why does a vaccine tracker require access to my contacts and files to sign up? 🤷

Needs some changes by tech team.. Option of sending notification to parents is not working. Verification of email and phone number is not working. Schedule shows cholera vaccine at 1 month age. Overall it's a great app but need to fix these glitches.
